Founded in 2000, our Pentecostal Church was established on the ideals of giving everyone a chance to learn, grow, and define their own religious identity through worship. Becoming a church member means joining a family who, each day, are devoted to expressing their love of God.

Served as in the following areas: Usher Board, Choir Director, Event Coordinator, Sunday School Teacher (Youth & Adult), Bible Class Teacher (Youth & Adult), Youth Minister, Revivalist, State Evangelist for the Midwest Diocese Churches of the Living God, Praise & Worship Leader & Workshop/Seminar Instructor.

June 2005 launched “I Hear the Music in the Air” Community Gospel Festival. I Hear the Music in the Air Community Gospel Festival is supported by the 28th Ward Alderman’s Office-Alderman Jason Irvin, Symphony of Chicago West Corporate Office, The City of Chicago Special Events Office and The Chicago Park District.

January of 2006, Pastor Tracey and Late Husband Preston L. Raper launched Temple of Provision Outreach Ministries, Inc. hosting home bible studies, community bible studies and home prayer gatherings

April 2008, Pastor Tracey along with Husband Preston L. Raper, Jr. were officially ordained Pastors of Temple of Provision Outreach Ministries, Inc. under the Leadership of Apostle Jonathan L. Swain

Pastor Tracey Serves on the Religious Staff for Symphony of Chicago West as Pastor and Spiritual Counselor.

Pastor Tracey’s passion is Evangelism and Mission and she uses that passion for Urban Ministry throughout the South Austin Community.

Under the leadership and Apostolic covering of Apostle Robbie C. Peters, Pastor Tracey S. Raper serves as Bishop Designate for the Illinois Region of Kingdom Empowerment International Covenant Fellowship of Churches

Received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Divinity; Empowerment Theological Institute & Bible Seminary; October 2020
